Your entire IT estate, in one system that knows what it costs.
Most asset tools tell you what you own. Atlas also tells you what it costs, what it is about to cost, and which property should be paying for it. Inventory, IP addressing, contracts, budgets, capex, compliance, tickets and changes run in one platform, scoped per property and rolled up to the group.
- Ask Atlas. Read-only AI across the whole estate. Ask which contracts expire this quarter, where budget is drifting from forecast, what is quietly auto-renewing and where licence spend is going to waste, and get the answer from your own data.
- Chargeback that ends the argument. Shared IT cost, the org-wide licences no single hotel is billed for, is allocated across properties by rooms, by asset count or evenly. Every property finally sees its true cost of IT.
- Savings register. Overlapping renewals, unused licences and idle hardware are surfaced as costed opportunities, each with a confidence rating and an owner, so savings get tracked to completion rather than mentioned once in a meeting.
Trexo
Every trip authorised in advance. Every claim paid with an audit trail.
Trexo splits the journey in two. A travel authorisation is raised and approved before anyone books, then the expense claim is filed against it afterwards. Both run through the same three-level chain, and payment sits with a different team entirely.
- Authorise first, claim after. A travel authorisation is raised before the trip and the expense claim is filed against it once the trip is done, so spend can always be traced back to the approval that permitted it.
- Three-level approval chain. Line manager, then department head, then finance. Routing is read from your reporting lines and the approver matrix, so nobody has to work out where a request should go next.
- Separation of duties. Accounts Payable is a role of its own, paying only after finance has approved and moving each claim from approved to processing to paid. Whoever approves the money never releases it.
MedKeep
Point the camera at the box. MedKeep reads the rest.
Nobody types a medicine cabinet into an app. So MedKeep does not ask you to. Photograph a label or scan a barcode and the medicine is on file, attached to the person it belongs to, with its expiry tracked and its doses logged. In English or Arabic.
- Scan the label, skip the typing. Photograph a medicine label and it is read for you: name, strength and dates lifted straight off the box, which is the difference between a cabinet that gets filled in and one that does not.
- Barcode scanning. Point the camera at the barcode on the packet and the medicine is identified without a single keystroke.
- English and العربية. Fully bilingual with proper right-to-left layout, not an afterthought translation, because the households this is built for switch between both languages daily.
