Sulayo.

Pricing

What each product costs, and what it is charged by

Sulayo, a Dubai product studio, prices each of its three products on the unit its buyer already budgets in. Atlas is priced per property per year in AED, Trexo per user per month in USD, and MedKeep per household per month. Trexo and MedKeep both start with a 14-day free trial.

Atlas

IT estate management

How it is charged

Per property, per year. The rate per property falls as the portfolio grows, and each tier carries an annual floor so a two-hotel group is still worth serving.

Free trial

Pilot on one property, arranged with us.

Atlas is quoted against the estate, because the number of properties and the size of the contract book change the work involved. Tell us how many properties you run and you get a figure the same week.

Trexo

Travel and expense

How it is charged

Per user, per month, billed monthly or annually. A five-seat floor applies, so the smallest team pays for five.

Free trial

14 days, no credit card.

MedKeep

Household health

How it is charged

Per household, per month. One tier is capped by how many people and medicines a household tracks, the other is unlimited.

Free trial

14 days, full access.

MedKeep is bought inside the app rather than through us, so the current price for your country is the one shown at sign-up.

01

Why is Atlas priced per property rather than per user?

Atlas is priced per property per year because a property is the unit a hotel group already budgets in, and because the work Atlas does scales with properties rather than with headcount. A 300-room hotel has roughly the same contract book and the same estate whether four people or fourteen log in to look at it. Pricing per user would charge a group for inviting its finance team to see its own numbers, which is the opposite of what Atlas is for.

02

How does the Atlas price change as a portfolio grows?

The rate per property falls as the portfolio grows, and each tier carries an annual floor. A single property pays the highest per-property rate, because a single property has no group to spread the work across. A group of thirty pays substantially less per property, but the floor means a small group is still served rather than turned away. Sulayo quotes Atlas against the estate, so the figure depends on how many properties are in it.

03

What does Trexo cost?

Trexo is charged per user per month, in USD, and is the one Sulayo product with a published price list. Starter is six dollars per user per month, capped at 25 users. Business is eleven, with no user limit. Both are cheaper paid annually, both carry a monthly minimum, and Enterprise starts at eight hundred a month with a custom contract. The full table is below.

04

Why does Sulayo not print a price for Atlas and MedKeep?

Because Sulayo would rather publish nothing than publish a number that is out of date. Atlas holds its plans in its own database so that a tier can be repriced without a deployment, which means no figure written on this site would be reliably current. MedKeep is bought inside the app, where the price shown at sign-up is the live one for the buyer's country. What Sulayo can state exactly is the model, and that is above.

05

What happens when a trial ends?

Trexo runs a 14-day trial with no credit card, and MedKeep a 14-day trial with full access. When a trial ends the account is not deleted and the data is not thrown away: the account moves to a state where the existing records stay readable and a plan can be chosen. Sulayo does not take a card up front on either product, so nothing renews by surprise.

Questions people ask

How much does Atlas cost?

Atlas is priced per property per year, in AED, on a tiered scale: the rate per property falls as the portfolio grows, and each tier carries an annual floor. Sulayo quotes Atlas against the estate rather than publishing a list, because the number of properties and the size of the contract book change the work involved. Send the property count and a figure comes back the same week.

How much does Trexo cost?

Trexo Starter is six dollars per user per month, or five billed annually, for up to 25 users with a thirty dollar monthly minimum. Business is eleven per user per month, or nine billed annually, with unlimited users and a fifty-five dollar minimum. Enterprise starts at eight hundred a month and adds SSO, ERP integration and a custom contract.

How much does MedKeep cost?

MedKeep has two paid tiers and a 14-day free trial. One tier is capped by how many household members and medicines it tracks, the other is unlimited. MedKeep is bought inside the app rather than through Sulayo, so the price shown at sign-up is the current one for the buyer's country.

Is there a free trial?

Yes on Trexo and MedKeep: fourteen days each, and Trexo asks for no credit card to start one. Atlas works differently because it is an estate-wide system: Sulayo runs a pilot on a single property instead, arranged directly, so the group can see its own data in the product before committing the portfolio.

Is it cheaper to pay annually?

On Trexo, yes. Starter drops from six dollars to five per user per month when billed annually, and Business from eleven to nine, which is close to a fifth off in both cases. Atlas is annual by default. MedKeep is billed monthly.

Is there a minimum, and what does a very small team pay?

Trexo applies a five-seat floor, so a team of three pays for five: thirty dollars a month on Starter, fifty-five on Business. Atlas applies an annual floor per tier for the same reason. The floors exist so that small customers are still worth serving properly rather than being priced out or quietly neglected.
